Babies

Its baby season yet again. This last week has been super busy. Tuesday morning i took my future sister in law to the hospital. When she got to the hospital she was 4 cm dilated and she delivered the baby at 8:49 pm successfully with no drugs!! He was 3 weeks early but man what a cutie. Matt is s interested in whats going on and every time he makes a peep I had to go and buy Matt a baby doll so we can work on gentle with him. Hes just too rough and wants to slap everything.



Matt has had a constant runny nose with a horrible cough. This all developed while he was still on antibiotics and right around the time that my allergies started kicking in for the spring/summer. Oh joy...and oh boy. I hope he didn't catch my dreaded runny nose and allergies as well. Well it could be allergies but it could also be TEETH!! Yes you read right...Matt is cutting 2 teeth. Hes getting a molar and an eye tooth. Poor guy so that could also be the root to his runny nose. Other than that it doesn't seem to bother him too much.

Well my last day of work was on Friday and i got offered a job north of where i live but it was for the night shift so i had to decline. I wish i could have taken the job. I would much rather just work nights since it is so much easier but i have no reliable childcare. There is no daycare open at night...not that i would leave my kid with a stranger during the night, Ryans work is so unpredictable that i cant depend on him to be home every night to watch matt and lastly I wouldn't feel right asking family to alternate nights watching Matt. Plus i would still have to pay for childcare so i could sleep. To me its just not worth it. There has to be a CNA job out there that is days. So i truck on and on Monday i will go to every place i know and try and get a job.

It has been so hot that Matt has been puking at night curdled milk just because its that hot. I thought it would be OK but after 4 nights of puking when its time to sleep...also the hottest time of the day i realized it was time to break down. I broke down and bought an AC. OMG!! Amazing. I can sit in my room comfortably and Matt can sleep and its Heaven. I don't like the heat...i hate the heat...i would not survive down south. If i could move to AK i would. Oh wait I WILL MOVE TO AK!! Give me 5 years and I'll be there. I just cant to it. So for now the AC unit will suffice.
